
1. Posters – No Returns or Refunds
Because our posters are custom-printed just for you, all poster sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for posters due to buyer preference or change of mind.
If your poster arrives damaged or has a print quality issue, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
To support your claim, we may request a full unboxing video showing the condition of the packaging and the printed poster.
2. Crystals – Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund for crystal products within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds for crystals are only approved if:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You provide a full unboxing video that clearly shows:
• The sealed package as received
• Opening of the package
• Condition of the crystal
• That the item is unused and undamaged
This evidence helps us confirm the issue and process your request promptly.
3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return or refund request for crystals:
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
Provide your order number
Attach the unboxing video (for crystals)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll share return instructions.
4. Refund Process:
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
If appropriate, we can also arrange a replacement instead of a refund.
